We’ve been lucky to build some exciting spaces for NYC’s most successful chains and start-ups. Hospitality & Retail projects can be complex to say the least, thats why we rely on our best project managers to keep the materials flowing, our job sites safe and make sure we always comply with code.
Black Seed Bagels
We’ve built a handful of Black Seed Bagels locations but we’re most proud of the Chelsea Market location. Getting materials in and out of the market while a hundred other vendors were building their shops at the same time, made this one of our logistically challenging projects. Chelsea Market required us to properly vet all of our partners and coordinate all of our deliveries according to a strict set of rules. In the end we built a beautiful take-out restaurant for Black Seed complete with custom displays and a full kitchen.
Glowbar
We built the chic contemporary SOHO location of this beloved NYC salon chain. Cove lighting, custom wallpaper and other creative finishes brought the zen like space to life.
Cha Cha Matcha
This Cha Cha Matcha location is right off 42nd street near the NY Public Library. Our tradespeople expertly installed tile throughout the space. We crafted custom seating and clad the walls in coated OSB.
